The centre of plastic surgery "Maria-Luisa El Masri" has been opened at the patron saint's day of Bourgas - December 6, 2000. The symbolic band in the opening ceremony was cut by the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Mr. Purvanov and the Mayor of Bourgas Mr. Yoan Kostadinov.

The medical centre includes an operating room for plastic and aesthetical surgery. Operating interventions from other areas of the surgery are also carried out here. The operating room is equipped with the newest medical equipment for plastic, aesthetic and general surgery.
