  • Creating a dossier of the served company, that includes:
    - A contract with the employer;
    - Protocols for the changes;
    - Copies of the written prepositions, given to the employer as a result of the executed tasks and
    - Protocols for the accomplished evaluation of the risk.

  • Creating and maintenance of an united integrational health record (dossier) for every worker, by means of a specialized software, comprising :
    - Personal data, PN (personal number), address;
    - Name and address of the GP;
    - Professional route;
    - Data from the preliminary medical examinations;
    - Brief evaluation of the workplace;
    - Copy of the medical specialists' reports and conclusions from the GP and
    - Data for the worker's visits at IHO on his/her initiative.
