OBSERVATION
 
  • Preparing of conclusion for suitability of the worker or employee to discharge his (her) duties in a specific kind of work;
  • Prophylactic examinations are organized, analyzed and compared to the conditions of work and other factors of the working environment;
  • Analysis of the sick rate with temporal inability to work, industrial illnesses and the work traumatism;
  • Implementing of immunoprophylaxis;
  • Possibility for a conversation with an employee (or worker) on his (her) medical or psychosocial problem;
  • When the work relations of the worker or employee are to be canceled, IHO give conclusion on his/her health condition, according to Article 10 of the Instruction Nr.14 for the IH offices.
