Dr. El Masri is a chemistry graduate with qualification as chemical engineer
in organic synthesis. He also is a politology graduate.
Since 2000 he is a Doctor of international politics.
Dr. El Masri is municipal councillor at Municipality of Bourgas. He also
is chairman of the Committee on public health services and social care
at Municipality of Bourgas.
Dr. El Masri is founder and owner of the private radio and TV centre "Strandzha
TV".
